14 days Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania safari is a trip which will take you throughout boundaries as you visit Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania and visit various places such as Volcanoes national park, Nyungwe forest national park, Lake Nakuru national park, Maasai Mara national reserve, Serengeti national park, Ngorongoro crater and also Tarangire national park which makes your safari the most wonderful one.
During your safari, you will partake in a variety of activities like game drives in Lake Nakuru National Park, gorilla trekking, chimpanzee trekking, and canopy walks. Additionally, you will take pleasure in morning and afternoon wildlife drives in the Maasai Mara national reserve.

Detailed itinerary.
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Ruhengeri.
When you arrive at the airport for your 1st day of 14 days safari through Rwanda, Kenya, and Tanzania, your guide will greet you. You will start your drive from Kigali to Ruhengeri with a short city tour in Kigali city. You will visit the genocide memorial site as part of your city tour. You will travel to Ruhengeri town later in the day to spend the night at the Lodge and have dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Parc National Des Volcans.
On the 2nd day of 14 days Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania safari. Before going on a gorilla trekking safari in Volcanoes National Park, you will wake up for breakfast at your lodge. After taking your breakfast, your guide will take you to the park headquarters for an official briefing from ORTPN officials. Together with the park rangers who will be with you during your gorilla walk, you will continue your gorilla trekking experience.
Moving through the rough terrain is part of the gorilla quest in Volcanoes National Park. Depending on the gorillas’ movements, the gorilla trekking experience at Volcanoes National Park might last anywhere from thirty minutes to five hours. After spending roughly an hour with the gorillas, you will return to the Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Transfer to Nyungwe for canopy walk.
On the 3rd day of 14 days Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania safari. You will travel to Nyungwe Forest National Park after eating breakfast at your resort. Lunch will be provided on the way, and after your lunch, you’ll walk down a trail to the Canopy Walk, a 50-meter swing bridge supported by massive trees. From an aerial perspective, you will be able to observe the magnificent rainforest and observe various species that are moving underneath you. You will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at the Nyungwe Top Hill View Hotel after your canopy stroll.
Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking.
On the 4th day of 14 days Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania safari. You will enjoy an early breakfast at your lodge. Before beginning your chimpanzee trekking experience in Nyungwe Forest National Park. After breakfast, you will head to a briefing to be ready to head into the Nyungwe Forest and start your chimpanzee search.
The chimpanzees in Nyungwe Forest can be seen leaping from tree to tree. The tracking of chimpanzees takes roughly three hours. You will have lunch on the way back to Kigali after the chimpanzee hike. Proceed to the Hotel in Kigali, where you will check in for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5: flight to Nairobi and drive to Nairobi hotel.
On the 5th day of 14 days Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania safari. You will be transferred to the airport in Kigali for your flight to Nairobi, Kenya, after breakfast and hotel check-out. On arrival in Kenya, your guide will pick you up from the airport and welcome you and brief you about your safari. After your briefing, you will travel to Nairobi and settle into the Le Maison Royale hotel for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: drive to Lake Nakuru national park.
On the 6th day of 14 days Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania safari. Before you go to Lake Nakuru National Park, breakfast will be provided at your Nairobi hotel you will meet your safari guide and proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park, upon your arrival you will check in and be served with lunch. After lunch, you take an afternoon game drive around the Lake Nakuru national park, looking for flamingos along the lake’s banks as well as a variety of wildlife species like rhinos, buffalos, zebras, elands, lions, and waterbucks. After this excursion, you’ll head back to your lodge to be ready for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 7: drive to Maasai Mara national reserve.
On the 7th day of 14 days Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania safari. While getting ready for your drive to the Maasai Mara National Reserve, you will eat breakfast at your lodge. The drive will take about 4 to 5 hours and you will be driven o your lodge where you will check in and have lunch. Maasai Mara National Reserve is home to numerous wildlife species, including the Big Five: elephants, lions, rhinos, buffalos, and leopards.
You will also participate in a the afternoon game drive around Maasai Mara national reserve as you explore the reserve and look out for various wildlife species such as lions, elephants, buffalos, cheetahs, leopards, zebras, antelopes, wildebeests among others. You will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at AA Mara lodge after your afternoon game drive.
Day 8: morning and afternoon game drives.
On the 8th day of 14 days Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania safari. Get up and take a hearty breakfast, meet your safari guide. You will relish taking wildlife drives across Maasai Mara National Reserve for an entire day. During your safari, you will go on morning and afternoon game drives in search of various animal species, including lions, leopards, zebras, antelopes, buffalos, wildebeests, giraffes, cheetahs, topi, impalas, and hyenas.
After lunch, you will go on a game drive through Maasai Mara national reserve, looking for different kinds of wildlife as you drive across the plains of savannah. After an evening game drive with your guide, you will head to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 9: drive to Serengeti national park.
On the 9th day of 14 days Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania safari. You will begin your drive to the Serengeti National Park after breakfast. You will arrive at Isebania border in the afternoon where our Tanzanian guide will meet you after you have cleared with immigration. After that, you’ll head to your lodge in the Serengeti National Park‘s centre for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 10: full day in Serengeti.
On the tenth day of your fourteen days safari Rwanda, Kenya, and Tanzania, you will rise early for breakfast at your lodge and spend the entire day exploring the national park’s savannah plains. You will take part in morning and afternoon game drives in Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park throughout your safari, searching for the Big Five elephants, lions, rhinos, buffalos, and leopards.
After lunch, you will go on another game drive across the Serengeti National Park in the afternoon. During the drive, you will look for a variety of wildlife species, including kudu, antelopes, gazelles, hippos, elands, hyenas, and warthogs. You will have dinner and spend the night at your lodge after your game drives.
Day 11: drive to Ngorongoro crater.
On the 11th day of 14 days Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania safari. Before you drive to Ngorongoro Conservation area, breakfast will be given at a lodge in Serengeti National Park. After lunch, you will make your way down into Ngorongoro crater to take in the breathtaking surroundings and fantastic chances to see wildlife.
During your game drive in Ngorongoro crater, you will look for a variety of wildlife species, including gigantic African elephants, warthogs, hippopotamus, zebras, buffalo, eland, and lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and leopards. One of the main characteristics of the crater is Lake Magadi, a big but shallow alkaline lake in the southwest corner that you will also explore. When you visit the lake, you will witness a lot of flamingos, hippos, and other bird species. You will proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 12: drive to Tarangire national park.
On the 12th day of 14 days Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania safari. You will have breakfast at your lodge before you make the drive to Tarangire National Park. You will take a game drive in the afternoon through the national park, which is home to a number of wildlife species. One of the area’s attractions is the Tarangire River.
The savannah grasslands, acacia woods, and baobab trees comprise Tarangire National Park. You will look for a variety of wildlife species on your game drive around the national park, including over 500 bird species and herds of elephants, zebras, buffalos, leopards, lions, cheetahs, and many more. After your wildlife drive, you will have dinner at your lodge, where you will spend the night.
Day 13: drive to Arusha.
On the 13th day of 14 days Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania safari. After breakfast at your lodge your guide will drive you to Arusha and drop you off at your hotel, where you will spend the remainder of the day unwinding. You will have dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 14: departure.
On the 14th day of 14 days Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania safari. After breakfast on the final day of your safari, you will be driven to the airport to catch your aircraft, which will finish your safari.
