Day 1: Transfer to Akagera national park and afternoon Boat Cruise.
On the first day of your 3 days Akagera Wildlife Safari, upon your arrival at the Kigali International Airport, you will be picked by a representative from our company who will be your guide for your entire safaris in Akagera National Park. The guide will brief you about the safari of Akagera in Rwanda the land of 1000 hills which you will get to see on your way to Akagera National Park. And proceed to Akagera national park, upon your arrival you will check in your lodge.
You will have lunch after checking in and then forehead to the park for afternoon boat cruise, during the afternoon boat cruise in the park you will have the opportunity to witness wonderful sights in the park like the sunset, numerous species of water birds that can be observed capturing prey in the water, you will also get to see a plenty of animals species like zebras, giraffes, leopards, lions, cape bushbuck, Oribi, buffalos, rhinos catching their last bite of the day, crocodiles sun-basking among other attractions in the park. After the afternoon boat cruise you will return to your lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.
Day 2: Early morning game drive and afternoon game drive.
On the second day of your three days Akagera Wildlife Safari, you will have an early breakfast at your accommodation. Your guide will then pick you up and take you for morning game drive through the park, where you will see early risers like Uganda Kobs, zebras, giraffes, leopards, lions, cape bushbuck, Oribi, buffalos, and rhinos. You will also get to see the park’s carnivores, such as lions and leopards, before the animals return to their natural habitat to rest. After the park’s game drive, you’ll return to your accommodation for lunch and some downtime before getting ready for the afternoon game drive. After relaxation and refreshment, you will participate in afternoon game drives where you will witness a variety of early risers returning to their hiding places for the night, as well as a number of carnivores such as lions and leopards capturing prey for dinner. Day 3: Transfer back to Kigali.
