Day 1: Pick Up and transfer to Kigali.
On the first day of 3 days Uganda gorilla trekking from Kigali. Depending on where you are in Kigali, your guide will pick you up and give you a brief for your three days of gorilla trekking in Uganda from Kigali Safari. You will then set on your journey over the Cyanika border. You will drive by Lake Bunyonyi, the deepest lake in Uganda, on your way to the park with the enroute lunch.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking. Â
On the second day of 3 days Uganda gorilla trekking from Kigali. Wake up early in the morning and take breakfast. After early morning breakfast with your packed lunch, you will meet your safari guide and embark on their journey to carry out gorilla trekking at the park headquarters. At the park headquarters you will be given the rules and regulations to carry during gorilla trekking, after the briefing you will be grouped in various groups of 8 people per group, and you will transferred to the sector where the gorilla family you plan to trek is located, depending on your gorilla trekking permit with the presence of well experienced guide who is familiar with the park trails. Along the way looking for the gorillas, and it can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 6 hours. However, with the aid of the guide, it will be simple to find the gentle giants. Along the way, you will see various attractive animal species, bird species, plant species and among others. You will spend an hour with the gorillas after finding them and making contact with them. During this time, you can take their pictures, see how they interact with one another, recording their videos. After the one hour you’ll return to your lodge for evening relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to Kigali.

After early morning breakfast, you will check out of your lodge, meet your safari guide and you will embark on your journey back to Kigali city. The journey to the city, is another adventure, will take about four hours. Once you get to Kigali city you will do Kigali city tour, during the city tour, you will have the opportunity to see a variety of sights, including the Kigali Genocide Memorial Museum, which features a variety of exhibits and vehicles that were used in era of the atrocities when many Tutsis were slain. The visit to the museum will be upsetting, but it will ultimately give people newfound optimism. You will also visit the kimironko market, where a variety of African arts and crafts are sold and available for purchase as souvenirs. In this market, traders from Uganda, the Congo, Rwanda, and other nations come together to participate and showcase a variety of arts and crafts, as well as sell food items, vegetables, household goods, shoes, and other items.
