Day 1: Transfer to Amboseli National Park.
On the 1st day of 6 days Luxury Amboseli and Maasai Mara safari. When you arrive, your Kenya safari guide will meet you at the airport. After a short brief about your safari, proceed on a transfer to Amboseli National Park. After arriving in Amboseli National Park, drive through the park in search of wildlife and check into the camp.
Enjoy a leisurely lunch at the camp and unwind until 16:00. Then, head out for an afternoon wildlife viewing experience that ends at 18:00, giving you the chance to see lions, elephants, buffalos, monkeys, and other species. On a clear day, take in the breathtaking views of Kilimanjaro Mountain. Dinner and accommodation at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge for the night.
Day 2: Game Drive in Amboseli National Park, Guided Walking Safari.
On the 2nd day of 6 days Luxury Amboseli and Maasai Mara safari. Wake up early in the morning and take a leisurely breakfast. In Amboseli National Park, spend the entire day going on morning and afternoon wildlife drives. One could describe this park as an animal’s paradise. Experience a guided walking safari in the park late in the day and get up close and personal with the local flora and fauna. Go back to the camp and spend the night there as before after dinner.
Day 3: Fly to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, Afternoon Game Drive in Maasai Mara.
On the 3rd day of 6 days Luxury Amboseli and Maasai Mara safari. Drive to the airstrip after breakfast to catch your aircraft to Wilson Airport, where you will connect and arrive in Maasai Mara late in the morning. After being picked up from the airport, you will be taken to your lodge so you may check in. After unwinding and enjoying lunch, go on a game drive in the afternoon to get a closer look at the Maasai Mara National Reserve’s fauna. After returning to the lodge, spend the evening at Neptune Mara Rianta Luxury Camp for Luxury enjoying a sundowner experience as you wait for dinner.
Day 4: Game Drives in Maasai Mara, Maasai Cultural Experience.
On the 4th day of 6 days Luxury Amboseli and Maasai Mara safari. After breakfast at the lodge, head out on an early morning game drive in the Maasai Mara to witness a variety of wild game, including the Big Five. Enjoy the stunning scenery of Masai Mara and keep an eye out for a variety of birds. After having lunch in the outdoors, continue on your journey to further immerse yourself in Maasai culture. After dinner, make your way back to the lodge for the same overnight stay.
Day 5: Hot Air Balloon Ride, Game Drive in Maasai Mara.
On the 5th day of 6 days Luxury Amboseli and Maasai Mara safari. For a hot air balloon ride above the Maasai Plains, get up early. Keep an eye out for the big five species as well as other wildlife. Savour breathtaking vistas of the acacia-studded savanna plains as well as stunning sunrises over the Maasai Mara. Enjoy a champagne breakfast in the middle of the forests to cap off your hot air balloon adventure.
After your flight over the Maasai Mara in a hot air balloon, take a game drive into the Mara plains to see the park’s diverse animals. After dinner, make your way back to the lodge for the same overnight stay.
Day 6: Departure Flight to Nairobi.
On the 6th day of 6 days Luxury Amboseli and Maasai Mara safari. After an abundant breakfast at the camp, depart and make your way to the airstrip in preparation for your flight to Nairobi. This concludes your 6-day safari across Amboseli and Maasai Mara.
